On horse back the territory of the Throats of the Melfa transform the excursions in real and utter estrangement from everyday stress, offering an absolutely surprising contact with nature. The excursions start from a minimum of four hours up to two or more days, spending the night in bivouac. For those who cannot horse ride, but want to start, a very friendly riding-school is available where one can go on short rides under the guide of a teacher. If, on the other hand, you own a horse, bring it with you because there is room for you to leave it.
