Arpino, Casalvieri and Santopadre, even when considering the roads with asphalt, offer tortuous mountain routes with tracts which require a lot of effort, but which are also always repaid with splendid landscapes. Those who have a passion for off the road routes will find themselves in front of many small mule-tracks and dug up roads, in brief a variety and vast number of cycling routes with various levels of difficulty, even though on the Paper and on the Guide Book only some of them have been underlined for mountain bike. Actually, all of them can be covered if one has a more direct knowledge of the territory: for example some can be covered only in one direction, others only by those who are willing to carry their bikes on their shoulders for brief or long tracts. Being accompanied by a guide means to be able to cover more rotes and to go along interesting itineraries staying on one’s bike for as long as possible. Our guides, apart from being well informed about the territory, have a passion for mountain bikes and are specialists.
